Mom Maps App Reviews

"No Canadian locations" Very limited information about the attraction locations. Listing shows the name of the park, playground and the distance from your location but often there is no city, no address ect. Great idea for an app but needs some touch up in the data.

Are you like me, live in MTL and travel at least once a year to New York City? Mom Maps is really ideal if you would like to have directions to parks, museums, restaurants, etc.. right at your fingertips. Now you can be fearless as you criss-cross the city!!

I live in Vancouver BC Canada and there is zero information about Vancouver or the suburbs. I deleted the app.

I like that this app is family-friendly and trying to provide a service to families-on-the-go (like us). Of course, it will take a while to get all geographic areas covered in full. Its free - so I can wait and make use of what they have up so far. If there arent any places in your area you can just register and "Add Kid Spot" while youre out and about.

I live in the middle of baton rouge, all these things are very close to me, yet nothing at all registers. Would be awesome otherwise... Ill wait for it to broaden.

Good idea, but severely lacking content. Many Gymborees listed are clothing stores only. Applebees and Wendys are not desirable dining locations for all of us with kids. Would prefer some great local venues especially since I am 15 miles from NYC.

Great concept but not up 2date...parks/playgrounds not all found in my area of NJ!!

I think the app is a great concept but absolutely nothing at all comes up in my area of Monmouth County NJ! Good thing the app is free or Id feel jipped. Please update soon. I know of several places that should have come up but didnt.

I like the idea but absolutely nothing comes up and I have it on no limit.

New York ? Nothing? Will wait for upgrade.

This app looks like it could be useful, but the only things that come up in my area are a few parks. No play areas even though there is one VERY close by. I live near Dallas, a BIG city. Youd think it would have more data than this. I get that much of this data will be user entered (and Ill try to enter areas I come across), but thats probably not going to happen until more people learn about this app. I hope it gets more publicity. Im going to try to get my Facebook friends to help out. My twins arent due until August, but Id like to have the info when theyre ready to get out of the house more.

But love the idea!!!!

I got this app with the intentions that I would be able to plan out things with my two year old a little better but that wasnt the case. Nothing ever comes up in my towns or the surrounding towns when there are a few things out there. This app needs a serious upgrade

Huge parks are missing from my area. There are some listed that have been torn down over 2 years ago. Where are you pulling your information from? I would find a different provider of park information. Will keep for a bit and see if it gets better. Great start though.

Clean looking app but theres just not much info for most cities we visit.

Apparently, there are no museums in Philadelphia and the only "Park" near me is an amusement park. Needs a little work. Maybe it will work better when were on vacation. At least it was free...

I saw this on Windy City Live (in Chicago) so I thought it would be applicable to the Chicagoland area. But when I just loaded it and clicked on museums, and Chicago has some world famous ones along with a vast Childrens Museum in nearby Glenview, nothing came up. None of the indoor play places came up when I looked for those in the north suburbs and no playgrounds around my house came up. I wanted this app to find new place to take my young son - I didnt load it so I could put in all of my own places (who has time for that when you have young kids?).

Nothing came up for my area. Even state parks werent listed.
